Description

Black Oxide powder is a natural, mica enriched skin care ingredient commonly found in cosmetics that appears as a dark matte, black powder which is miscible in water and oils. It is a non-toxic, highly stable element used in the production and preparation of a wide range of cosmetic and personal care items, and it plays an essential part in their formulation process. Black Oxide is also valuable in deepening the tone of other colours if used in combination with them, and it mixes well with glycerin and propylene glycol. Though Black Oxide is mainly used to add pigment to cosmetics and skincare, it also protects the skin from visible, blue as well as HEV (High Energy Visible) light.
